Spencer Stokes is a director-level construction leader with more than twenty years of experience delivering complex projects across the UK. His expertise spans Modular and MMC, full site installations, and the complete lifecycle of complex construction delivery. As the former Construction Director at Darwin Group and now Managing Director of WolfBridge Project Partners, Spencer brings a rare combination of operational depth, commercial clarity and hands-on technical expertise to every project he leads.

Spencer co-founded WolfBridge alongside Rich Owen and Joe Baker, bringing together three senior leaders with proven track records in modular construction, project governance and client-side delivery. WolfBridge has been created to raise the standard of project management — offering clients genuine leadership, director-level oversight and a delivery model built on accountability rather than surface-level consultancy.

Across his career, Spencer has overseen full site installations and delivered major modular and traditional construction projects in highly sensitive live environments. His technical knowledge within healthcare delivery is particularly strong, having led installations in active clinical settings where safety, continuity and precision are critical. He understands the operational pressures of working in live hospitals, the interfaces between clinical teams and contractors, and the uncompromising standards required to deliver safely and without disruption.

Spencer's leadership is grounded in robust governance, disciplined commercial control and strong health and safety management. He has managed key H&S processes across high-risk environments, ensuring that every contractor interface is governed, every movement is planned and every installation is executed with clarity and control. His commercial oversight ensures clients retain full visibility of cost, risk and performance.
