Spencer brings senior construction delivery experience from some of the UK’s most demanding project environments, with particular strength in healthcare, education, commercial and MMC delivery.
Having operated at Construction Director and Head of Project Delivery level, Spencer understands the pressures that sit behind complex schemes: programme risk, technical coordination, live-environment constraints, supply chain performance, client communication and commercial control.
His role at WolfBridge is to bring clarity and discipline to delivery. That means aligning the right people, creating clear reporting, managing risk early and making sure decisions are made before they become problems on site.
Spencer is direct, practical and delivery-focused. He works closely with clients, contractors and specialist teams to protect programme, quality and cost from concept through to completion.
