Rich Owen is a director construction leader with deep, hands-on expertise in modular, traditional and refurbishment, and a proven track record delivering multi-million-pound installations across some of the toughest live environments in the UK. As Operations Director at WolfBridge Project Partners, Rich brings exceptional operational discipline, contract strength and delivery resilience to every project he oversees.

Before co-founding WolfBridge alongside Spencer Stokes and Joe Baker, Rich built his reputation by managing and delivering high-value modular and traditional construction packages in sectors where precision, safety and continuity are non-negotiable. His experience spans healthcare, education, defence and complex refurbishment — environments where projects must be delivered without disrupting critical operations.

Rich's technical capability is broad and deeply rooted in real-world delivery. He is Level 7 / Masters qualified, holds Level 3 qualifications in Bricklaying and Masonry and Cladding, and is IOSH qualified in Safety and Management. He has managed and overseen multi-million-pound cladding packages, led complex fit-outs and delivered modular buildings in highly restricted live environments across all sectors. His competence extends across fire compliance, haulage coordination, restricted movements, roofing systems and high-risk refurbishment works. This breadth of experience allows him to anticipate challenges early, protect clients from avoidable risk and maintain control even when projects face operational or commercial pressure.

He is known for his ability to bring structure and clarity to contractor and client interfaces, ensuring that every stakeholder understands their obligations and that every movement on site is planned, communicated and executed with absolute discipline.
