MMC & modular
MMC and modular project delivery support.
WolfBridge brings specialist experience in modern methods of construction, modular logistics, installation, sequencing and live-environment delivery. Over £800m of MMC project experience across the leadership team.

Practical, not theoretical
MMC works when the people leading it have actually done it.
Our partners have led modular programmes through factory, road, site and live-environment install. We understand where MMC saves time, where it creates risk and where it needs traditional discipline wrapped around it.
MMC capabilities
Where WolfBridge adds value.
MMC planning and delivery support
Feasibility, sequencing and delivery strategy for MMC and hybrid schemes. Practical, decision-ready advice from people who have delivered it.
Modular transportation and logistics
Route planning, load management, escort coordination and site access — the practical realities that make or break a modular programme.
Installation sequencing
Craneage planning, module sequencing and interface with traditional trades. Sequencing built around the constraints of the site, not the factory.
Healthcare modular delivery
Volumetric healthcare buildings, modular wards, theatres and clinical spaces installed into live hospital environments.
Live-environment coordination
Delivery into operational hospitals, schools and workplaces — protecting the users, the programme and the reputation of every party.
Commercial and programme control
MMC-specific commercial management: factory milestones, transport windows, install slots and risk transfer between offsite and onsite.
Track record
£800m+
MMC project experience
Across the WolfBridge leadership team, over £800m of MMC and modular project experience — including volumetric healthcare buildings, modular schools and offsite programmes delivered into live operational environments across the UK.

In delivery
MMC on site — factory to install.
Real programmes our partners have led — stacked modules ready for transport, steel frames braced and clad, and volumetric units landed onto prepared pad foundations in live environments.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about MMC project delivery.
When should MMC project management begin?
MMC project management should begin while the brief, delivery method, design responsibilities and logistics strategy can still be tested. Factory release creates an earlier decision point than traditional site delivery, so unresolved requirements become more expensive to change later.
What are the main risks in modular construction delivery?
The main risks sit across design freeze, factory quality, supplier capacity, foundations, transport, craneage, installation sequence, module interfaces, weather protection, M&E connections, commissioning and evidence. These need one integrated programme with named owners.
Can WolfBridge support a modular project from factory to handover?
Yes. The published service scope covers feasibility, factory QA, transport and logistics, craneage, installation sequencing, traditional construction interfaces, programme control, commissioning and handover.
Is MMC always faster than traditional construction?
No. MMC can overlap factory production with enabling works and compress site activity, but the benefit depends on early design certainty, approvals, repeatability, viable logistics and controlled interfaces. A late brief or constrained site can remove the expected programme advantage.
