With a career shaped by high-pressure, clinically sensitive environments, Joe has built a reputation for exceptional operational leadership, technical depth and the ability to deliver major programmes with precision, pace and absolute confidence.

As Project Partner and Contracts Director at WolfBridge, Joe brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in managing complex healthcare programmes. He is Level 7 / Masters qualified and holds SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Health and Safety qualifications. His experience spans full site installations, multi-trust governance, clinical interface management and the demanding compliance frameworks that define modern NHS construction. Joe's technical understanding is extensive, covering all aspects of construction, MMC delivery and the intricate requirements of healthcare environments where shutdowns are impossible and risk must be controlled with absolute accuracy.

Joe has led some of the largest modular new-build schemes ever delivered in the UK's most complex healthcare settings. His ability to harbour this knowledge and deliver it at every level — from strategic leadership to on-the-ground operational management — makes him uniquely effective across all sectors. Whether overseeing high-level programme governance or directing live site delivery, Joe brings structure, clarity and calm to environments where precision and accountability are essential.

Joe co-founded WolfBridge alongside Spencer Stokes and Rich Owen, combining three senior leaders with complementary strengths in modular delivery, governance and client-side project management. Like the other founders, Joe has been head-hunted numerous times by major contractors and consultancies but chose instead to channel his experience and vision into WolfBridge — a business built on transparency, accountability and honesty.
